Get stronger and climb harder with Crag Fit. The Crag’s fitness program that combines climbing and fitness to help you meet your goals in both areas.

CragFit is an eight week program meant to help a climber learn how to use our fitness areas to make their climbing goals. Designed for those attempting v3/5.10 and above, Cragfit is great for anyone looking to gain confidence in using a fitness area to better their climbing. Every week we will adress a common theme in climbing and give you exercises to work on those themes.
