In this class, you will learn techniques to use more of your body on the wall WITHOUT using more energy, so that you can climb more efficiently and fluidly, and training approaches that will help you zip through the grades you’re trying to meet!
Experienced instructors will guide you through an effective warm up for climbing, explain and coach you through advanced movements that can enhance your technique on the wall, discuss different kind of terrain that you can climb on in a gym, and point out the importance and key methods of reading a route. Deepen your existing well of climbing knowledge and discover how to turn a climb into a project – and then SEND IT!
