This rejuvenating class will take place beneath our lead arch at the Nashville gym. The sweeping curves of the climbing wall will be lit by candles and twinkle lights while you slow flow your way into bliss.

This one hour course will welcome you to the rock climbing community and teach you how to move your body and climb in the ways that best fit you. Taught by our in-house adaptive guru and above the knee amputee himself, Bob Mitchell brings his lived experience as an Adaptive Athlete, Personal Trainer, and Coach to explain climbing adaptively and how that looks for you. Register today to begin unlocking your physical barriers and fall in love with climbing!

This year our Halloween comp is rising from the grave—Return of the Deadpoint Comp 🧟‍♀️

Next Friday, November 3, we will have both a Youth Comp from 5-7pm and an Adult/Open comp from 7-9pm. Grab your shoes, chalk bag, and bring your Halloween costumes for a spooky good time.
