A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints.


“To place in a special way.” This practice is sometimes called “Flow,” referring to the way that poses are linked together in sequences of movement. This practice promotes muscle definition and flexibility, increases cardiovascular and respiratory strength while clearing the body of toxins, leaving you feeling calm and grounded.
