Event Details

This specialized suspension training program is aimed at developing full body functional strength and skills for all. A format designed as a low-impact alternative strength training that combines TRX straps, gravity and an individual’s own body weight to complete modified exercises. This unique design targets the improvement of one’s general stability, flexibility, and coordination to provide a solid foundation of core and full body fitness that can translate to almost any sport of physical activity.
