Event Details

Vinyasa means “to place in a special way” by making the action of your breath encourage movement. It is sometimes referred to as a “Flow”, which means poses are linked together in sequence. Promotes muscle definition and flexibility of joints, increasing cardiovascular and respiratory strength while clearing the body of toxins, leaving you feeling calm and grounded.
