Amanda teaches Hatha-style yoga and Yin yoga. Hatha yoga is a fundamental path of yoga that emphasizes balance within the body, while Yin gives the body space to open up through longer, static holds. She focuses on mobility-based movements and muscle anatomy so students can take what they’ve learned on the mat to stretch and move properly in their daily life. Amanda also likes to create fun, unique, and challenging flows that will make your brain work as well as your body!
