We are thrilled to have Estelle Park join us as a guest coach for our Competition Movement Clinic!! Estelle is a former youth & adult competitive athlete who has qualified for the US Team in all 3 disciplines. She has participated in world competitions as a member of the Youth & Adult US National Teams. Estelle has also coached elite-level athletes and is excited to share her passion for Bouldering to help prepare our climbers for an amazing season!

Subculture is located just across the street from our Nashville gym! It’s one of the first places we recommend to any of the climbers in our community who want a spot to hang and eat after their sesh 🤝

Our Adult Beginner Series is about to kick off next Monday in Nashville! This 6 week series is set up to help new climbers learn everything they need to know to have a solid grasp of the sport of climbing. With focused attention, we’ll go over beginner climbing techniques, belaying, terminology and movement all while integrating you into this wonderful climbing community here at The Crag 🤝🥰
