The Crag’s monthly meetup welcomes participants of all ages, providing a welcoming space where individuals can connect, support each other, and embark on thrilling climbing adventures. Additionally, our recreational league is designed for climbers ages 5-18, and caters to different ability levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and challenge themselves in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Designed for those attempting v3/5.10 and above, Cragfit is great for anyone looking to gain confidence in using a fitness area to better their climbing. Every week we will adress a common theme in climbing and give you exercises to work on those themes.
