Working out doesn’t have to involve lots of weights and machines. Climbers and other athletes have been building strength and endurance for decades using nothing more than their own body weight. Over the past few months we’ve created a few different workouts for our Bighorn Society climbers, and we think they might be of benefit to all of our friends. Kicking things off: The Crag Standard.
