"WE LOVE CLIMBING BECAUSE OF THE CHALLENGE, THE ADVENTURE AND THE COMMUNITY. THAT'S WHAT WE HOPE TO SHARE WITH EVERYONE THAT WALKS THROUGH OUR DOOR."
Our love for climbing is in everything we do. So much, that we often spend our ‘work time’ discussing recent or future climbing trips, admiring our heroes, and obsessing over gear. As each new climber finds their passion, ours humbly grows stronger. Climbing is more than something we do, it’s who we are.
Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds which have led us all to climbing one way or another. Our shared passion for the sport drives us to create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our door. We’re happy to be part of the Tennessee climbing community and we continue to be excited about our role in developing and strengthening the next generation of Southeastern climbers.
There are a variety of ways to participate in our community: Adult Bouldering League, youth programs, ladies only clinics, memberships, birthday parties and groups, corporate team building, and much, much more!

BUILDING COMMUNITY WITH CLIMBING
Over the course of our history, The Crag has donated or raised over $40,000 for local, regional and international non-profit organizations, including Blood:Water Mission, Not For Sale Campaign, Soles 4 Souls, Mercy Ministries, The American Alpine Club, The Access Fund, The Southeastern Climbers’ Coalition, and dozens of area schools, churches and charity organizations.
We are proud to support local and national charities that are important to us and to our community. We strive to stay involved and are always looking for ways to give back. Please contact us if you have any questions or requests.
