CragFit is an eight week program meant to help a climber learn how to use our fitness areas to make their climbing goals. Designed for those attempting v3/5.10 and above, Cragfit is great for anyone looking to gain confidence in using a fitness area to better their climbing. Every week we will adress a common theme in climbing and give you exercises to work on those themes.
Every CragFit session includes a warm up, a circuit style workout that focuses on body weight, a climbing session with a spefic theme/ goal in mind, and a cool down. Each exercise is modifiable to be easier or more difficult depending on personal fitness and personal drive. For even better results, repeat exercises done in class more times throughout the week!
