The beauty of Crag Fit is that it’s flexible to meet your schedule and fitness goals. There’s no official start or finish time; you come and go as you please! And Crag Fit lets you focus on YOUR goals, whether it’s to climb 5.11 or to lose a few pounds and inches. An instructor is available during each session to offer guidance and support or answer questions. We provide the workout and guidance, you provide the effort and energy!
Every Crag Fit session includes a warm up, climbing circuit and full-body strength circuit focused on cardio, antagonistic muscle groups and core work. Most workouts will take 45-60 minutes, but you set the pace. Each session also includes a bonus workout for those looking to do just a little bit more.
