Join Sonya as she leads a one hour class in strength, stretching and nutrition for fitness and outdoor enthusiasts!
Sonya will also share some of her favorite recipes for staying fueled; asking for seconds is encouraged.
Class may meet on the lawn in front of the store if weather permits.
