Membership Change Request

Need to freeze, unfreeze, cancel or make changes to your membership? Fill out the form below to get the process started.

Freeze a Membership: Freeze your membership for $7 a month, then thaw it when you’re ready. This way you won’t have to pay an activation fee ($55) when you get back. One month minimum.

Cancel a Membership: We hate to see you go, but we understand life happens. Remember, freezing a membership prevents you from paying the activation fee again! If you’re only gone for a couple of months, it’s better to freeze than cancel.

IMPORTANT: Member Accounts may be frozen starting on the next billing cycle. All membership cancellations take effect 30 days after submission. Members have full access to their membership benefits during this time.
